Inverse Methodologies, Meta-Evolutionary Optimization
and Bayesian Statistics: Applications to In Vivo MRS

Abstract: Meta-Evolutionary optimization and Bayesian Statistics are integrated
into a robust inversion methodology. Both deterministic and probabilistic prior
information may be incorporated, while providing a detailed uncertainty analysis.
These tools are applied to important real-world problems of In Vivo MRS: quantifications
of spectral parameters under extreme conditions (inhomogeneity, noise and other artifacts).
